B Is For Blanket

Beginning Bud With Yellow Center
Blanket Flower Bud
The Gaillardia, commonly known as blanket flower, this beautiful and colorful flower last long into late fall! It can withstand the hot sun, and the cold temperature. I know this as a fact since I witnessed it growing at the cemetery.

Depressing Spirit

Tear Drops On Old Dandelion
Three weekend straight, with three different occasions to celebrate: first communion, a doctorate graduation, and a high rank job! These were all happy and proud events, but she was depressed, bitter, and isolated herself from the joy of living.

Baby Pink Gerbera Daisy

Heart Of Gerbera Daisy
I have always fascinated with the heart of gerbera daisy for its multiple layers and complex structure! The first time I saw it through a macro lens; I was taken and captivated in a spell.

A Is For Aster Flower

Ant On White Aster
We are now into the fifth round of Alphabe-Thursday! Mrs. Jenny Matlock had us go straight away into summer school without having enough time to prepare or finding our Alphabe path.

Therefore, I am going to choose a subject for this series, and that is Alphabe-Flowers! Hopefully, I will find a flower for every letter. Since it is summer and not many people want to read or have time; it is only appropriate to do light posts.

Pink Mini Rose

Mini Rose
I spotted this mini rose bush at the cemetery while planting some flowers at my dad's grave. The shiny pink color was so striking that I had to take a break from what I was doing, and just clicked at my camera.

Z Is For Zephyr

Arriving at the last letter in the alphabet today, makes me a bit sad even though I was struggling with this round a bit more than those previous because of limited time, pain/ache, and discouraging.

Z is a great letter but it rarely uses in conversation. Zebra, Zero, Zen and Zilch are the most Z words I heard.

I recently learned a new Z word: Zephyr! By definition it means: gentle, a mild breeze or any of various things of fine, light quality, as fabric, yarn, etc..

Today there is a Zephyr in the air, sun shine, and warmness surrounding me.

Winter and spring have given way for summer.

Nature is green and full of colors.

I will go and blend myself into the Zephyr for the day!

Bless you for READING!

Pink Korean Spice Viburmum Flowers

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Circle of Pink Flowers
I saw these beautiful little pink flowers in front of a store as I walked by them. They smelled so good that I had to turn around and snapped some photos. They were so pretty in the sun, and the bush was full of flowers.

Getting Nopalea For Mom

My 86 years old mother lives on Ben Gay, literary! She religiously applies this smelly gel on her shoulders and hands every few hours to relieve her painful/stiff joints. My kids can always tell when grandma visited even though they were not home, and she left long before.

My sibling and I talked about ordering Nopalea wellness drink for her to try since it is all natural, and sounds promising. She is taking various medications for different illness already, and another pill is the last thing she needs in her body.

Y Is For Youth

I am starting to look back in to my life and wondering where my youthful years went; not with regrets since it wouldn't change anything, but with a wish that I would have known more about life back then as I know it now. Wishes such as: doing things differently, and have a depth of confident about myself.

Torn Between Good and Bad

Every week, I'm struggling with the tug of war inside my head whether I should go or just stay home to do my work, and to live my life as others. It is a tormenting decision!

If I go then I will be exhausted, mentally and physically! If I don't go then I will feel sorry and guilty with her image in my head that she sat there every day, waiting for someone to visit... I call on God every morning! I call on my dad's spirit! And I pray, pray for strength, and pray for courage to do what I must do!

Bursting Out With Pretty Flowers

Pretty Blossom
This little pretty flower was so pretty in the sun, and I am not quite sure what these are called, but the tree in my neighbor's yard was full of buds and blossom. I have seen on other blogs preferring to them as cherry blossoms, crabapple blossoms, and berry blossoms.

Celebrate With a #CoronaRita at Chili's

This post brought to you by Chili’s Grill & Bar. All opinions are 100% mine.

My daughter called out of the blue and asked me to go to dinner! We had such a long and exhausted weekend with traveling soccer games so I didn't hesitate in accepting. We met at Chili's restaurant down the street from us, because my daughter wanted to try the new CoronaRita at Chili's, and she has a reason to celebrate.

X Is For Xeric

The letter X has been staring at me for the last couple of weeks! I can't find one word that I can relate to or write about. I have already done Xanadu, Xenophobia, (twice, for your information), and I am not about to repeat this one again.

I write what I feel, how I feel and whatever I like at the moment

MAKE IT BETTER!
