S Is For Sinking

I have tried to hold and help my family members going through a very deep trouble time, but my effort seems to meet its stretch! Peace and harmony for my soul needed to be restored. Doing a good thing while my inside was on fire, is not a good thing anymore!

Expand 'n Gro For My Flower Pots

This post brought to you by Scotts®. All opinions are 100% mine.

EnG Product Shot.pngI have a small yard, too small as a matter of fact to plant anything. Thus, I use pots for all my flowers planting, but years after years, the soil seemed to weaken, and needed fertilizer to wake it up. I have used left over coffee ground, and egg shells to work it in the soil, but my flowers grow thin and wimpy, not as they were before.

Last year, I even bought that food sticks for my flowers pots, thinking that the soil would get much needed nutrients, but it yielded no difference.

She Talks

One remarkable trace about Mother Fairy is her ability to talk! She can talk, nonstop! As soon as she gets in the car with the Dust Fairy, she talks; and sometimes even before she could sit herself properly into the seat, she talks!

She talks as if her life is depending on it! She only takes a moment or so to breathe, and then she keeps on talking.

Glorious Pink Azalea

Azalea Buds
It is hard to find a flower that I don't like, even with the ones that don't smell good. Flowers are beautiful and brighten up the day for many people. A trip to the garden centers or a Conservatory often changes my mood to a more cheery character.

R Is For Rage

As I am sitting here writing this, there is a very angry feeling that consuming my being, and I just have to "write it out loud". I am very sure that if you are in my shoes, you would feel violated too, or somewhat an uncomfortable feeling.

I also realize that it is "the little thing", and I shall get over it. However, I don't like feeling this way, and I shouldn't be made to feel this way as it is such a trap, and imprisonment! I heard you, I owe my feelings, and no one should make me feel what I don't allow myself to feel. It is easier said than done, as always!

The War Within

Gathering in a group or family setting seemed to trigger unpleasant thoughts and feelings for Mother Fairy. She couldn't tolerate the noises that children made, nor could she tolerate the laughter or conversation between siblings.

For some reasons, happy occasions such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, etc. brought out her jealousy, twisted thoughts, and jabbing words. Her fairy children's feelings meant nothing to her, so were their effort and hard work in trying to please her.

Lawn Care With Snap Spreader System

This post brought to you by Scotts®. All opinions are 100% mine.

Spring comes earlier this year than any other years in the past! daffodils are blooming in my neighbor's yard, and so are the wood quill flowers. These are the first flowers to see in spring around my part of the world, and I hope the weather remains as warm for the next couple of weeks as I plan on fixing my backyard.

We had so much rain this past winter, and with the help of squirrels digging, my yard looked awful with holes all over. My lawn service provider will spread some grass seeds, levels out the area that were under water, fills up the holes, and finally feeds the grass with Scotts® Snap® Spreader System, a new investment for him.

An Extraordinary Flower

Extraordinary Looking Flower
I took these photos at Lowes, last year, and had no idea what it was called. I remembered this beautiful pink flower was much taller than I am, and I just held my camera above my head to snap. Somehow, it turned out!

Q Is For Quest

Between taking care of my own home and my son, I had the added duties of caring for my elderly mother. It meant I have two houses to shop for food/things, and the running back and forth to visit her or took her to the doctor. Two days out of the week, whether I felt like it or not, my presence is required as I must supply the food and vegetables for 7 days.

It has not been easy on my beaten body, but she is my mom, and I do what I can to help caring for her. When I am exhausted and in pain, instead of writing, I seek for old movies or series to watch, and just allow myself to rot away until my spirit returned.

Misery Loves Companies

The fairy land rarely experienced peaceful and happy moments. Something was always wrong! Someone had to be dismissed. With three fairy children available, the choice was plenty for Mother Fairy to pick and choose which one of these fairies would be the unfortunate soul.

Living in her ancient belief, Mother Fairy had no concept on how to merge or change herself to catch up with the demand of today's world. Life in America provides many opportunities to improve, but it is also very busy and chaotic everyday.

Red and Pink Dahlia

Perfect Petals of Dahlia
I fell in love with dahlia two years ago at a public park. It was love at first sight, and it came with a strong gust of admiration. For dahlia was so beautifully on display with row and row of different colors, mixes, and types.

P Is For Pompous

It is hard to justify why certain people like to be fake with others, but they are out there! They say one thing but never mean any of it. Then there are people who are arrogant because of their status, or a step up in society level of income. These are pompous people!

I have relatives that made plain lie accusations against me to another, and counted everything they did for me, even though the occasions were rare compared to what I did for them. The result was formed on behalf of my poor circumstances, and my physicality.

Generations' Curse

The unfavorable legend between mothers-in-law and in-laws exists since the beginning of time. Some have escaped this bewitching trap and went on with a great relationship. Others fell deep in the hole of no mercy and found themselves bickering at the tiniest useless things. Somehow, the chemistry just didn't measure up nor could be mixed together in one container.

Mother Fairy and her daughter-in-law belonged to the latter spectrum. In all honesty, even her fairy children failed to please her or made her happy, so there were no ways anybody could fill that shoes perfectly.

Pink Dahlia With Water Drops

Pretty Dahlia Bud
I don't remember where I took these photos, but my photo software information displayed that they were a couple of years old. Once I uploaded the photos to my external hard drive, they got lost in the shuffle, and once in a while I ran into them accidentally.

I write what I feel, how I feel and whatever I like at the moment
