Orange Zinnia

I don't remember when I first discovered zinnia flowers, but I know I love to grow these long lasting flowers in my garden. They were so easy to grow, require very little tender loving care, and the flowers lasted very long.

Zinnia comes in a variety of colors, and they are all very beautiful to see. They are not perennial so you have to re-plant them when the weather is warm enough.

  11. Mumsy...I just bought 2 packages of heirloom zinnia seeds and want to share them with you: Zinnia Persian Carpet (2 inch double flowers with red centers and yellow edges) and Zinnia Envy (Chartreuse-Green blooms). I can’t wait to see how they do because the photos on the packets are gorgeous. Your photos today are lovely as always. Take care....G

  15. Zinnia are indeed special in many ways. The way they are formed to the way they look, they even bloom in a very special way.
